Custumer service vocabulary (telephone english)

Berbicara tentang bahasa inggris di telephone? akan sangat gampang bila kita berbicara secara face to face daripada melalui telephone, karena apa? ya karena kita tidak bisa melihat wajah mereka, kita tidak bisa melihat mulut mereka, kita tidak bisa menggunakan bahasa tubuh, kita juga kadang-kadang tidak bisa mendengar apa yang mereka katakan karena kata-kata itu ya bla bla bla

jadi!! Ini ada beberapa common expressions people use in costumer service situations :

 Too Look for = Search for

To Bear with = Be tolerant and patient (usually a polite way to say 'wait')

To Hold = Wait on the phone

To put through to somebody= Connect a call to somebody

CS          : Good morning, Jazandjazy, this is CS Fitri, how can I help?

Costumer : I'm looking for information about English classes

CS          : Bear with me, I'll see Mr.Jaz or Mr.Jazy are available. Please hold

Costumer : okey, (a few later) Hello!! i am waiting to be put through to eeehh. Mr.Jaz 

CS          : Please hold

Costumer : -_- now i'm holding!!

More vocabulary

I'm calling Regarding             = I'm calling about

Straightaway                         = Immediately

CS            : Good morning, Superhero Clothing, This is Jazy speaking, how can I help?

Superman  : Hi, I'm calling Regarding an item I've ordered from you

CS            : can I just take the "order number" please?

Superman  : it's 69 ;)

CS            : okey dokey, this is order for 'Red Pants'? 

 Superman  : yess

CS            : and what seems to be the problem, sir?

POSSIBLE PROBLEMS

Superman        : They're the wrong colour

CS                   : oohh, I'm sorry to hear that,, we'll send a replacement pair straightaway

Superman        : that's great, I really appreciate your help

CS                   : you're welcome sir,, and is there anything else I can help you with today?

Superman        : No! that's everything, thank you

CS                   : Ok, well, thanks very much to for shopping at Superhero Clothing, Goodbye,   sir!
